The event will be structured into two parts ending with an interactive session:
The first part will review the importance of intraoral radiographs, normal radiographic anatomy, the Triadan numbering system with emphasis on directional nomenclature and orientation of the radiographs. We will also detail the steps for radiographic interpretation and go over normal age-related changes.
The second part will detail radiographic pathology related to the most common oral diseases: periodontal disease, endodontic disease, tooth resorption and oral neoplasia.
We end our evening with an interactive section where the participants can submit their own radiographs and photos of challenging cases, and we can discuss them as a group. The cases should be submitted in advance by the participants at least 72 hours before the scheduled lecture time.
Dr. Magnolia Jucan is hosting an interactive session at the end of the lecture. If you have specific radiographs that you would like to review with Dr. Jucan, please share them with and indicate that you would like these to be reviewed after the lecture on March 26th.
This lecture is for DVMs, but technicians are welcome to attend.
