I think we can all agree that canine & feline dentistry can be a very challenging area of veterinary practice. This course aims to assist veterinarians in becoming more adept at dental care for cats & dogs.
The syllabus for these courses places emphasis on areas such as the anatomical structures involved, the common oral pathologies, the techniques of regional anesthesia, and a methodical process for performing extractions along with handling potential complications. The participants will be provided with ample lab time to practice on cadaver specimens. Each participant will be provided with brand-new, sharp extraction tools specifically made for dog & cat dentistry. A set of essential canine & feline extraction instruments will be provided as a take-home gift. Participants who own magnification equipment are encouraged to bring it along for the course. For those who do not, loupe-fitting will be available before the wet lab section.
With two tutors and several assistants on board, participants are assured of comprehensive guidance and attention.
